 Evidence/Property
Property/Evidence: Tracking
property and evidence has never been better!
-
Bar Code labels
are printed each morning based on computer
generated property cards
created by
officers. The property clerk places the bar code labels on the property
items as they're taken from the evidence lockers. The clerk scans each
property bar code before placing them in their final storage destination.
When the bar code reader is placed in its base station, it updates the database on
the current location of the property item.
The bar code reader is also used for
checking evidence in/out of the property room and for inventory purposes.
-
Unlimited Evidence Entries. You
can add as many items as necessary.
-
Department Defined Dispositions.
You
have up to eight fields to define your preliminary dispositions.
You also have up to eight fields to define your final dispositions.
-
Chain Of Custody can
be documented per item.
