Persons File
The
Persons File allows officers access to all information gathered on an
individual. It shows you current information, up to five past addresses
and phone numbers, arrests, photos, linked vehicles, citations and detailed
physical descriptions used for photo line-ups and criminal queries.
One click on a related incident takes you to the documentation of the incident.
When you conduct a search, a list of possible matches appears allowing for officers to quickly select the individual they're looking for. Partial and full context searching can be used on all name fields. Addresses and phone numbers can also be searched.
Involved Parties
The Involved Parties window works similar to the Persons File window. The Involved Parties window is used to enter individuals into the database linking them to a specific incident. All involved parties are entered in one location regardless of what type of involved party they are. If the involved party is a suspect, the suspect will be printed on a suspect page, arrest page or booking page depending on the type of report.
We've provided several quick access pop-up windows to select the type of race, hair color and eye color. Social Security numbers and phone numbers are automatically formatted during input.
When entering newer information about an involved party, the Revolution automatically updates the Persons File allowing for constantly accurate information
