Simplifying Data Input. We
created each window in a graphical user interface by using three dimensional
picture icons, click buttons, pop-up menus, and list fields. Once
data is entered in one area of the report, the data is automatically transferred
to other forms requesting the same data. In addition, fields requiring
a specialized format is automatically completed by the software.
For example; "Social Security" fields can be entered as 123456789.
The software will automatically format the field as 123-45-6789.

Offense Code Dropdown Lists. We
have several quick access dropdown lists throughout our software to make data
entry efficient. Two of these lists are for offense codes and offense
titles. Offenses can be selected by either list. If the offense
doesn't exist in the list, the officer can add the offense to the data file.

Automatic
Report Routing. Reports are automatically
routed on networked systems to the appropriate department.

Finalizing Reports. Once
a report has been approved by a supervisor and double checked by records,
the report can be finalized to prevent further changes. This benefit
was designed to safeguard the integrity of your reports for court purposes.

Involved Parties/Person's File.
All files related to any one person is reflected
in this window. For example; related vehicles, cases, mug shot
photos, etc.
Security
Features:
Security is of the utmost importance with
Wayne Enterprises. That's why we've spent a great deal of time making sure
your data is secured from unlawful and unauthorized access. We've even built in
a tattle tale report that will advise the network administrator when
inappropriate attempts to access data occurs.

Passwords.
Each employee is assigned a password for logging on to the Revolution™.
Passwords can be created using numeric and alpha numeric symbols.
Each employee can change their password at anytime.

File Access.
Specific access can be given to each employee based on their job function.
Access is divided into several categories, Read Only, Read/Write, Delete
and No Access. Their is also additional access privileges designed for
supervisors and network administrators.
Help
Features:

Easy learning.
In order to assimilate new employees with the Revolution™ software, we
provided a help bar at the bottom of the screen. The help bar displays information for each field the cursor or mouse enters. Detailed
information about our software is provided in the User's Manual.
Networking

LAN or Mobile networking.
The Revolution™ is capable of functioning with any LAN or Mobile networking
hardware which supports Windows NT or MacOS.
Data
Tracking:

All Data entered into the Revolution™
can be tracked and printed in any format. No more do it your self spreadsheets.
Records Management
Data from each type of report is stored
in several files (Person's File, Vehicle File, Stolen Property File, Booking
File, etc.) The Revolution™ provides several key fields from each file
for the search and retrieval of desired data. For example; Address History,
Known Associates, Vehicle History, and Person's History, etc. Files
are also cross-referenced. We can easily add any desired search patterns
to our database.
Statistical data can be generated in
easy to read reports. We provide many universal reports in our
software. For example; monthly arrests, street history relative to
citations, UCR data, crimes by location, crimes by offense, etc. We can
add any desired statistical reports needed for your agency.
