Citations Track all your department's citations and create detailed statistical reports with our new Citations window. All citations are linked to the violator's Persons File and can be referenced anytime the violator's record is accessed.
Any vehicles listed will be placed in a history file that can be referenced when the vehicle's record is accessed. Officers can access vehicle files at any time to obtain the history of a vehicle. Offense codes can be searched and entered through an easy access drop down list. The search can be done by code number or title. You can even use the Associated Documents window to create form letters that are commonly attached to specific violations such as DWI's/ DUI's for court purposes.
